How will we communicate for the project?

Communication is key. Typically the process begins with a consultation or coffee chat about you, your business or vision, hopes and fears, expectations and goals. We will communicate on a weekly basis predominately via email and at times, through a phone call (always at designated times, and dependent upon your package). We typically do not text clients unless it is the client’s preferred method of contact, or we are unable to connect with you via email or phone. 

How many design or brand development clients do you handle at once? Will it really be done in 2-4 weeks?

As a boutique business, I aim to please. I have the power to say yes or no. I schedule out clients so that I can focus on them one at a time. The average brand development project is from 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the package chosen. This allows me to give each client's project undivided attention for the bulk of my work day at designated hours. Gratefully, I partner with my designer husband and while clients might overlap, we plan our projects so that one of us is always dedicated to one brand development client at a time.

We currently have a few spots available before the end of 2018, otherwise we are booking into 2019.

What about consulting clients? Is there a waitlist?

No waitlist for consulting clients. Because consulting needs vary project by project, we will assess what we have on our plates and determine the timing and if our services are a fit for you.

What if I don't like my end result?

You will. Sounds a little cocky, but it's true. I take every step to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product - your brand. This is why we are thorough in our initial conversations, so that I am able to create something that you will be thrilled about both design and strategy-wise. The best advice I can give is that you take the time to really dig deep and answer those questionnaires. I work with clients that are fully invested in their vision, and that is not just a monetary investment.

How does the strategy process work?

I create and teach, you implement moving forward. I develop strategy solutions and teach you how to use them; execution of the plan is up to you. I understand not all businesses want to handle these tools on their own, so I do have amazing partners that implement and manage some of my strategy solutions (social media management, click funnels, Facebook advertising, etc.). I am happy to refer them to you & they can be found on the partners page! Some solutions can be added as an additional fee, and we can discuss them during one of your scheduled chats!

The main focus of consulting and both the full identity & strategy package is helping you present your brand through design, web awareness, and develop marketing toolkits that you (or your team) will implement to see results towards your business goals.

Ok, what is the payment plan or policy?

It's simple and straightforward. Projects under $600 will have a $150 nonrefundable retainer fee. Projects over $600 will incur a 50% or $300 (whichever is less) nonrefundable retainer of services fee is due at the time of booking your project on the calendar & signing the contract. When you review the initial proposal and invoice, you will have an opportunity to pay the balance in full or just the nonrefundable retainer of services fee to get started. I am happy to discuss if a payment plan would work for your project.

You are able to make as many payments as you need to, from start to finish. However, the remaining balance is due in full, prior to release of project deliverables. Long-term strategy & consulting projects can be set up with monthly retainer payments based on estimated project hours. We accept all major credit cards through Stripe or PayPal.
